Design Team

Say hello to the current members of The Paper Nest Dolls Challenge Blog Design Team! These ladies are all extremely talented and will be creating projects to serve as inspiration for our monthly challenges! Make sure to stop by their blogs and say hi. :)

Noelle

Hi, I'm Noelle from Oregon USA. I have been creating since I was 11 years old. I started off with embossing with those really old school brass stencils and then got into more advanced card making from there. It wasn't until about 6 years ago that I discovered Copics and let me tell you, I was in love lol. I also love to die cut (this is what I consider paper piecing) and scrapbooking as well. I love pretty much any craft except sewing.

Karen

I live in sunny Northern California. By day, I am a staff manager of arts departments at a local university.  By eves and weekends, I am a paper crafter!  I started on paper crafts more than 25 years ago, primarily scrapbooking, but now, I love to color and love to play with paper, ribbons, ink, etc!  No better way to release stress.

Anet

Hi, my name is Anet and I am married to the most wonderful, caring husband in this world.  My husband is so supportive of my card making.  We have two beautiful, cute fur children.  I have been making cards for just over six years and love every minute of it.  It just started as a hobby and now I am hooked on card making.  I love using my Copics to colour digital and stamp images. I do not have a specific style, but love everything cute, using designer papers and dies as embellishments.

Carolyn

I'm a professional woman married to my high school sweetheart for 47 years in November. We have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren that we don't see nearly enough. It was their births that started me scrapbooking and the rest is history. I've now found my new love-card making.  I thoroughly enjoy creating little pieces of art
as gifts for friends and family!

Pam

Hello crafty friends!  My name is Pam Schumacher and I love all things crafty. I am an accountant by day, live in Eau Claire, WI, and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 35 years.  We have three amazing daughters, 4 beautiful grandchildren, two super sweet fur babies, and one sassy tropical bird. During the summer you may also find me in my flower beds when the weather allows.
I have been a lifelong crafter and dabble in a variety of different things, however, my favorites are card making and scrapbooking. I love seeing where my inspiration takes me with a project.
My journey with coloring first started with colored pencils a few years ago. While I was recovering from surgery last year I took a leap into the world of Copic Markers to pass the time and was instantly hooked. Coloring is my favorite way to unwind at the end of the day.

Jayne

Hi! I'm Jayne and I'm a mum of four (very grown up) children and married to a wonderful man who puts up with my crafting addiction ;) I am also Nanny to eight incredible grandchildren who I love very much xoxoxo
I started making cards about 14 years ago when supplies were limited and not very inspiring. My first cards were all peel off’s and mulberry papers not a Copic Marker in sight, let alone distress inks or co-ordinating stamp and die sets!!
What with all the inspiration and talented people out there (Pinterest is my crafting bible!) and the massive choice of quality products, I’ve been hooked ever since.
My blog is called DaisyJaynesDesigns and I share my work as often as I can.
I am honoured and excited to be part of The Paper Nest Dolls Design Team and hope that my cards inspire you to make great projects!
